    • OneT services have are intended to be a one time event. Example: A two day trip to a college campus, or a one day FAFSA event.

    • Rec services are intended to be a recurring service over a long period of time. Example: a mentoring service which occurs twice a month over the course of the school year, or a tutoring service which is offered every Tues/Thurs from October-May.

  • Service Type: abbreviation found on the service taxonomy.

  • Description: additional info regarding the service

e.g., name of the workshop, name of the college visited

  • MMM: first 3 letters of the month (Oct, Jan, May, etc.)

  • YYYY: year (2020, 2021, 2022, etc.)
