Student’s Enrollment tab
Much like the APR, SCRIBE has reports to help users fill out some sections of the FPR. Sections that SCRIBE does not support on the FPR (to no surprise as they are the same for the APR) are Section I: Executive Summary, Section II: Narrative Information, Section III: Grant Administration Information, Section VI: Grant Budget Information. You can find a downloadable version of the Final Performance Report here.
Section V of the Final Performance Report covers four data areas. Section V.2 covers:
2a) “High School Completion/Graduation Rates” for the Class of 2020. What is the number of the 12th graders during 2019-2020 (“Class of 2020”) who received an official high school diploma or its equivalent from any of your GEAR UP high schools?
2b) “High School Completion/Graduation Rates” for Entire GEAR UP Population. What is the number of the 12th graders over the duration of your grant (including those included in Question #2), who received an official high school diploma or its equivalent from any of your GEAR UP high schools?
SCRIBE supports section V.2 of the Final Performance Report by providing high school completion/graduation rates in a table format much like this section on the Final Performance Report:
You can generate this report by following Reports > FPR Reports > Section V - GEAR UP Student Outcomes (Credits Per Term)
This data is generated in SCRIBE from student enrollment completion through the exit code field of a student profile:
To look closer at student course grades, generate the student transcript report:Reports > Export with sensitive information > Student Enrollment Export
This report generates student enrollment for the year you select. Make sure you are selecting the correct school year for the correct year of your FPR:
If after looking at this report you believe there are errors manually update student exit codes on the enrollment tab of a student profile or update through an import file.
